Barney Frank, a Short Synopsis.

Wow, it's been a while since I have posted a blog. Life, work and commitments sometimes get in the way of fun pursuits, like blogging. I am now making the time to blog because there are several important races that are heating up in Massachusetts.

One race that I would like to take a look at today is, the 4th District race. Barney Frank is currently the Representative of this district. Barney has been in office for almost 30 long years. Frank is known throughout the nation as one of the people who helped set in motion, the financial crisis.

Frank has championed many causes lately like, Internet gambling, lax laws for marijuana possession and the health care bill. What Barney Frank has failed to do is champion the causes of the people in the District in which he is supposed to serve. Record high unemployment plagues many of the big cities in the district. This situation has been ongoing, it was in place long before the financial crisis took place. Repeatedly, Mr. Frank has turned a blind eye to the needs of his constituents, while selfishly pursuing his own personal agenda.

Speaking of constituents, Barney Frank has no respect for them. It is well documented that when challenged or questioned, Barney Frank lashes out like a mad man. Barney Frank's pompous, elitist attitude is shocking and should cause the voters in his district some serious concern.

Barney Frank also has trouble getting along with news commentators. For some odd reason, Barney just cannot answer a simple question.

Barney Frank's lashing out isn't just reserved for news commentators or his constituents. Look what happens when Barney is asked a question by a Harvard student.

If you are a small business owner, making over 250,000, you are rich in Barney Frank's mind, he is after you too. Watch as Barney Frank suggests that spending be increased, and that rich people should be taxed more to pay for it.





Tomorrow, we will take a look at Barney Frank's challengers in the 2010 race. I will look at who is running, their experience and who can actually match wits with Barney.

John Kerry Plays The Race Card

Martin Luther King Jr. said “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." In the video below you will hear Sen. John Kerry state that Barack Obama is best suited to deal with Muslim nations because he is "African American". Kerry also said "it would be an affirmation of who we are as Americans, if we elect an African American President." Now correct me if I am wrong but aren't we supposed to judge somebody by their merits and experience not by the color of their skin?

John Kerry and many black leaders are making a mess out of the message of Dr. King. Looking beyond skin color is supposed to be the ultimate goal . Everyone is the same regardless of race, gender or creed, yet it is ok to use the issue of skin color as a selling point to gather votes for a candidate. How does this statement sound: John McCain is best suited to deal with European nations because he is a white man, a statement like that sounds very racist and would be immediately chastised by Black leaders, Democrats and most of America.

I think that Dr. King would have been very upset to know that the race card is being used as a means to get Barack Obama elected. Would it make the Black community proud to have Obama win the election just because he is black? America has taken steps backward if we are using race or even gender to determine who is best suited for the job of President.
